In April of 2026, the Georgia Council of Trout Unlimited hosted members of Georgia Tech’s 5 Rivers Club at “Tumlin Farm’s” in Cave Spring Ga. The young scholars spent three days and two nights camping and fishing for Coosa Redeye Bass (aka Alabama Brook Trout). For a few students, it was their first fish caught on a fly rod. It is the belief of GATU that hosting events like this strengthens the bond between Trout Unlimited and our various 5 Rivers Clubs.
